Understanding the entropy in my head.

My story and journey of going inside, looking back to free myself from depression, compulsion and addiction.  I thought my life was a closed system, that disorder (entropy) was inescapable. I was wrong all those years, but now I'm informed and acting on that knowledge from this day forward.

The most effective migraine treatment, the best way to stop the ringing inside your head - getting it all out. Don't hold those thoughts inside you. The clearest mind has everything unpacked.

The best cardiovascular heart health treatment - sharing your story, insights with the hope of catching someone else’s ear and eye. The healthiest heart is filled with hope.

The most nourishing soup for the soul - watching someone grow and being a part of that process while also feeding your own soul.

Opening your system boundary

Spotlighting mental health issues

I started this site to share my personal journey of understanding myself, my struggles with depression, anxiety, compulsion, addiction. I feel this is part of my process of opening up for the first time in my life.  I hope this helps you to see we are not unique in struggle, also that we can be an ally for those around us.  We must better highlight, understand and act on this critical issue. Mental entropy is a force we must defeat together.

Mental health illness is long referred to as a Cinderella disease – a strong man doesn’t ask for help is our past generation speaking, they say pull up your boot straps and march on. But today we have to think differently to act differently and reap different outcomes – consider that not everyone has the flexibility to touch their toes, or maybe their hands are already full from carrying a heavy load.  No matter the reason, we should work to recognize and then take action to pull each other’s boot straps up and lock arms before we think of moving on. And move forward together.

Mental health illness is no Cinderella disease

What may look in control and stable on the outside, is likely not the truth that lies within someone.
